Verixmed is an information service. Here is what follows from that, written down so you can hold us to it.
Your details stay with us
Verixmed never passes your name, number or answers to a study team, a research site, a sponsor or any other business.
You make the contact
When a study interests you, you get in touch with its team yourself. We never call a study on your behalf.
Nothing costs anything
Reading the site and receiving updates are free. No study, sponsor or company pays to appear on these pages.
Plain words, kept current
Pages are written for people, not researchers, and we correct anything that turns out to be wrong as soon as we hear about it.
Stopping is easy
Reply STOP to any text, or email or call us, and the updates end. You can sign up again whenever you like.
Your care comes first
Nothing here replaces your doctor. We say so on every page, and we mean it.
Verixmed does
- Explain research in six areas in plain words
- Send occasional updates you asked for
- Answer questions about the site and your sign-up
- Delete your details when you ask
Verixmed does not
- Run, fund or recruit for studies
- Pass your details to a study team or sponsor
- Tell you whether a study would take you
- Give medical advice or replace your doctor
